Welcome to St Michaels

Welcome to our church. We are a Christian community in the Liberal Catholic tradition. This means we think it important to gather around the Lord's table every week and recieve bread and wine togther. We celebrate the seasons of the church and its saints.

We see something special of God in every person regardless of age, gender, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability or wealth and power.

We completely support the full ministry of women at every level in the church.

We welcome people of every experience to play a full and equal part in our life.

Inclusiveness at the heart of the local community.

We’re excited to share that we’ve received a grant from the National Churches Trust, in partnership with the National Lottery Heritage Fund, that will help us to keep our church dry and in good repair. Thanks are due too to National Lottery players who contribute to the Heritage Fund. The grant of £500 was a significant part of our financial plan for cleaning the gutters and rainwater goods. That work has now been completed. You can find out more about the National Churches Trust at www.nationalchurchestrust.org"
